Parking Lot Paving Hunterdon, Mercer and Bucks County

Parking lots built to take daily traffic

Commercial parking lot paving across Hunterdon and Mercer County, New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. One crew, one job at a time, with the owner on site.

One job at a time

Your lot gets the full crew from start to finish. We do not split the team across three sites and stretch your job over two weeks.

The owner is on site

Mark Harrison is there for the work, not just the estimate, so decisions get made on the spot instead of over the phone.

In the trade since 1948

Family roots in paving going back to 1948 and the business itself running since 2000. We have seen what this region's soil and winters do to a lot.

Commercial Parking Lot Paving NJ and PA

Serving Hunterdon, Mercer and Bucks County since 2000

A parking lot is not a big driveway. It carries delivery trucks, it drains across a much wider area, and it has to stay safe and usable while your business keeps running. We pave and repair commercial lots for retail centers, offices, churches, schools and industrial sites across Hunterdon County and Mercer County in New Jersey and Bucks County in Pennsylvania. Every job gets a proper look at the base and the drainage before anyone quotes a number, because that is what decides whether the surface lasts five years or twenty.

Parking Lot Paving and Striping

What a properly built lot gives you

Most of what makes a parking lot last is underneath it, where you cannot see it. Here is what you get when that part is done correctly.

A surface that holds up to delivery trucks and daily turnover instead of rutting and cracking in the first few winters.

An itemized written estimate before we start, so the invoice matches what you agreed to.

Drainage planned into the job, so water runs off the lot instead of sitting on it and working into the base.

Line striping done as part of the paving, laid out for the traffic flow and parking count you actually need.

Work scheduled around your hours where we can, so the lot stays usable and your customers can still get in.

A clear maintenance plan afterward, so you know what to watch for and when, rather than finding out when it fails.

Parking Lot Repair and Resurfacing

Repair, resurface or replace

These are three different jobs and they cost very different amounts, so it is worth knowing which one you actually need. If the base underneath is still sound and the problem is surface cracking and wear, resurfacing over the existing lot is usually the right call and the cheaper one. If water has been getting into the base and you are seeing potholes that keep coming back in the same spots, or areas that sink and hold water after rain, resurfacing only buys you a season or two. That is a base problem and it needs excavation and rebuilding. We will tell you which one you are looking at before you commit to anything, and we will tell you plainly if the cheaper option is the right one.

An honest look before any work starts

We hear the same thing often enough that it is worth saying here. A contractor tells a property owner the whole lot needs tearing out when a section of it is perfectly sound, or quotes a full replacement when a proper repair and resurface would have held for another decade. We would rather do the smaller job well and be the people you call next time. If part of your lot is fine, we will say so. If the whole thing genuinely does need rebuilding, we will show you why, on site, so you can see what we are seeing.

We walk the site with you

Mark comes out and looks at the base, the drainage and how the lot is actually used, because that is what determines the right job rather than the easiest one to quote.

You get an itemized estimate

Written, broken down line by line, so you can see what each part of the work costs and there is nothing to argue about later.

We pave it and walk you through it

The full crew stays on your lot until it is finished, then we walk the surface with you and tell you what maintenance it will need and when.
