Timing is the whole thing
Seal coating works on a surface that is still structurally sound. If the asphalt is going grey, the surface is drying out and you are starting to see hairline cracking, that is the right moment and the coating will buy you years. If there are potholes, sections that sink and hold water, or cracks wide enough to put a finger in, the base underneath has already failed and sealing over it changes the colour and nothing else. We will look at your surface and tell you which of those you have, even when the answer costs us the job.

We do not offer residential seal coating or residential crack repair, so if you are a homeowner looking for that we would rather tell you now than take the booking. For residential work we handle driveway paving, driveway repair, private roads, grading and gravel.
